General Management for Young Professionals

The General Management programme provides young executives with a comprehensive insight into all processes and procedures within a company, with the individual modules covering the most important core subjects of business economics. The application-oriented and practical course content enables the participants to think strategically and conceptually, in order to introduce and to apply this newly acquired knowledge directly in their company. The programme is also a great fit for company founders, who want to implement their business idea and aim for a systematical set up of their company.

Among the areas of leadership, essentials of management and innovation & change, the General Management programme will launch strategies for value-based management. In this connection, participants will learn more about options for a sustainable execution by using well-founded leadership skills. The programme also deals with the current paradigm shift in marketing and management to offer a better understanding of it and to consequently derive implications for successful entrepreneurial activity.

Furthermore, the programme offers a compact but extensive introduction to the field of innovation & change. Using practical examples and experience reports, it will illustrate how innovative processes and products can be integrated into your own company. In the area of supply chain management, it develops methods to answer questions regarding the selection of suppliers, the accompanying costs and the need to optimise inventory levels.
